Design

The backs of the seats don't lie flat against the frame when collapsed. It has a good weight capacity, and it is easier to load in the trunk than others. However, the bulk could pose a problem for public transport since it doesn't fit into any 2'X4" rules that are applicable.
Despite its size and bulk the Combi Twin Cosmo earned a decent score in our maneuverability test. It took just 25 pounds to tip the Combi Twin Cosmo backwards which is more than the majority of the competitors. However, it isn't the top performer on this metric which is the Chariot Cougar 2
The wide rear wheels can be locked to increase maneuverability. The brake pedal lock and unlocks the rear wheels at the same time which is ideal for parking in tight spots. Storage space is provided by a parent cup holder as well as a large basket, but it is not as much as other items.
The canopy includes a small storage space on the back, but it is too low for larger items such as diaper bags or groceries.
